Please find below the links to the pages containing the exercises for each module. Over these first modules you will learn how to make sense of Next Generation Sequencing data using multipl approaches, including quality control, mapping of sequence data, assemble genomes and how to use draft assemblies to screen for drug resistance genes or comparing a set of annotated genomes and be able to characterize the core and pan genome.
Also, find below the links for the Virtual Machine you will be using and the instructions on how to deploy it. This will enable you to use this VM in your own computer and also replicate the exercises independently.
